Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 19 August 2026
By browsing or ordering from this store you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.
1. About us
EnRoute Jewellry is a jewellery retailer based in London, United Kingdom. Contact: care@enroutejewellry.store.
2. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order where an item is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraudulent activity, and we will refund any payment in full.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in the store currency and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are added at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order through Shopify's secure checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is accepted.
4. Product descriptions
We describe our jewellery as accurately as we can. Because pieces are hand-finished and screens vary, colour and small details may differ slightly from photographs. Stated dimensions are approximate.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery. See our shipping policy for rates and timescales.
6. Returns
Returns are governed by our returns and refund policy, which forms part of these terms and does not affect your statutory rights.
7. Warranty
Pieces carry a two-year warranty against manufacturing faults from the date of delivery. The warranty excludes normal wear, plating wear caused by chemicals or moisture, accidental damage, loss of stones due to impact, and any work carried out by a third party.
8. Intellectual property
All designs, product photography, text and branding on this site are owned by EnRoute Gems and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or interfere with its operation or security.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Otherwise, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the moment you place your order applies to that order.
